Maybe about a 10-25% open rate on an email like this. The question is, how are responses handled? To my best understanding no one has made any comments about the chapter. The individual made his own choices and has been called to account for them. His actions, sadly, reflect on the chapter and the fraternity as a whole. That is not "kicking a man when he is down", it is allowing him the benefit of receiving the consequences of his actions.
